Annual General Meeting 2015 | By Alexis Shirtliff The success of every Scout Group is down to the quality of the Section Leaders and the support of the Parents – we are extremely lucky to have such dedicated Leaders that provide our young people with such exciting programmes of activities. As Parents we need support the Leaders. One way is to take interest in the running of the Group. Please find 45 minutes to demonstrate your support by attending the AGM on Thursday 16th July @ 7.30pm.
Normandy Fete | By Alexis Shirtliff 1st Normandy have been invited to raise funds by manning the parking area, we’ll need member and parent volunteers please. We also hope to have enough volunteers from each section to man a stand each, coconut shy, treasure hunt, etc.
Family Camp & AGM | By Alexis Shirtliff This is a great opportunity for the whole family to camp, meet the other sections, get to know other parents and have some fun. We invite and would like to see all parents at our AGM, which is to be held at the Family Camp – even if your family are unable to camp, please come and join us for an hour or so, where we will discuss the events of the year and the year ahead
Bag Packing | By Alexis Shirtliff We will be packing bags at Sainsburys in Burpham this year to raise money for hut renovations. Please can we count on your support to assist during the day.
Remembrance Sunday 2014 | By Alexis Shirtliff Meet at St Marks Church in full uniform. Parade will proceed to Normandy War Memorial for 2 minute silence at 11am.
